http://www.harfenmuehle.com/en/ There is so much fun for the girls here that we haven't been able to find a better spot. The girls can play, hunt for gems, swim, and make s'mores. They also welcome pets. Its nice that Maise gets to come along.
Here are the girls playing an swimming in the pond. I think we might be able to call these two "Irish Twins" they weren't born so close together but I get asked all the time if they are twins.
This is the day that all the kids got to hunt for gems. A man stands with a bucket of various sized gems and throws them out into the stream for the kids to fetch.
My favorite part! Campfire coffee on a cold camp morning! We usually cook breakfast burritos and this is one of the only times the girls get to have Pop Tarts and Powdered Doughnuts.
It will have to be a tradition that we go camping before the start of each new school year. We love it!
